Sierra Leonean rapper, Natasha Beckley (Swadu), in an interview with Patrick Salia on Slik TV, expressed her desire to marry and establish a life with a Muslim man.
“I’m going to marry a Muslim man. He is going to teach my kids and me Islam. And eventually, I want to be a housewife to take care of my family,” she said.
The former Miss Sierra Leone confirmed her conversion to Islam in October 2022. For her Religion is a personal journey and since converting to Islam she has dedicated her utmost effort to acquiring the necessary knowledge.
She also wishes to perform the Umrah pilgrimage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, she feels unprepared and hopes to make the journey within the next couple of years.
