This is the $4 million house rumored to have been purchased by Nigeria’s highest earning actress Genevieve Nnaji. However if you look at it properly you’ll notice that this is more of an apartment building with individual units, than a private single home residence. If indeed Ms Nnaji has bought the property, no matter the price tag it seems like mighty sound investment to me. I can’t think of anything better than being a rent collecting land lady, well maybe just one, actress but she’s already got that covered so hats off to Ms. Nnaji.
