
The Associated Press reports that the charges filed against Crispin Deigh, the ex Managing Director of Sierra Leone Commercial Bank have been dropped. Deigh and his deputy Patrick Conteh have been acquitted because authorities say they have insufficient evidence to prosecute.
Last month Deigh, Conteh and several others were charged with several counts of bank fraud and conspiracy along with Kabba Kalu and Chief Tony.
