Promotion of Local Content and Talent
The Friend’s Cart Fair offers more than a fun-day; it promotes local content. The fair serves as a platform for local vendors to showcase their merchandise and services, including food, clothing and photography. Equally so, the fair serves as a stage to spotlight young talent and bring people together.
“In the previous fairs, about 60 vendors have displayed and marketed their products and services including young talents. We have utilised this space to expose young talents and give them stage to sell themselves out.” Kabba explained.
