Zero Ebola cases in Sierra Leone today, over 200 tests came back negative!
Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Health has just announced that all of the 200 suspected cases that were tested after the 3 day lockdown that ended Monday were negative for the Ebola Virus Disease. There were zero ebola cases in Sierra Leone today. This is the second in just one week.
The public is however still advised to be cautious and ebola survivors are encouraged to used condoms for up to 90 days after their release so as to prevent sexually transmitted ebola infections.

Of course the new ebola vaccine will be given credit for this. Just like, respectively, the measles vaccine. And especially the polio and smallpox vaccines.
