NY Fashion Week street style with Sai Sankoh

With her signature pout, red lips, and shades, Sai Sankoh arrived at New York Fashion Week armed and fabulous. And of course, it did not take the fashionistas long to notice that Sierra Leone’s #1 diva was in the house. Over a period of four days our style guru was photographed for Vogue Italia, Essence, and the NYTimes fashion blogs.

I caught up with Miss Sankoh at the Waldorf Astoria for dinner where she was staying with man friend JeanClaude Coco. She came down stairs in a stunning yellow cocktail dress and indigo pumps. I helped myself to a delish salmon steak while Miss Sankoh dined on tuna tartare, and still water. As you can imagine we discussed two very important issues; men, and style.

I enjoyed spending time with the charming Miss Sankoh and look forward to her journey into fashion stardom.
