The 50th Anniversary Committee would like to inform the generally public of the Women of Excellence Awards scheduled to take place on April 28th, 2011. The awards ‘will recognize the contributions of women as we “Celebrate 50 Years of Excellence”. The committee has also chosen to award US 1st Lady Michele Obama, a 5th generation descendant of a gullah slave, Jim Robinson.
