Accra was at a stand still on friday as African heads of states and dignitaries arrived for the funeral rites of the late John E Atta Mills. The 15 Presidents that make up Economic Commission of West African States were all present to pay their last respects. Above we have the presidents that we could identify as well as others that we could not. So if you know who is who do leave us a note.
