YOK-7 Crowned “Best Male Artist Of The Year” at the 2023 AWOL America Awards

YOK-7 Da Snipper won the Best Artist of the Year at the 2023 AWOL America held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at the Arundel Live Casino Ballroom in Hanover, MD, USA. 

The U.S.-based Sierra Leonean rapper is the CEO of Noble Squad, and he is widely regarded as one of the godfathers of Sierra Leone hip-hop culture. He has cemented his status as one of the greatest hip hop stars from the West African nation and his rise to fame started way back in the early 2000s. 

Earlier in July, this year he released his latest album titled “The Lion,” consisting 16 tracks and has been widely making waves since it was published. 

YOK-7 embraced his crowning moment and dedicated this award to every individual living without a mom as he shared his excitement with thousands of his fans on social media.
