After a guard in his office died of ebola, the Vice President of Sierra Leone, Samuel Sam Sumana has placed himself, staff, and family under quarantine for the recommended 21 days. VP Sam Sumana is the first high level government official to self quarantine since the outbreak of the disease. He has no symptoms and he has not been tested for ebola. The conspiracy theories of how this is part of  a ploy to remove the VP from the APC or government are bound to start soon.
