Mr Eazi Invites Drizilik to Ghana for Detty Rave 2025

Drizilik performed his new single Sabi Road to an audience of 20,000 at Mr. Eazi’s annual Detty Rave in Accra, Ghana on Saturday.

Drizilik was personally invited by Nigerian superstar Mr Eazi, who a few days ago posted a video of himself dancing to Drizilik’s new Krio Fusion hit song ‘Sabi Road’, which is currently one of the biggest songs playing in Sierra Leone.

Meeting Drizilik for the first time after that social media bromance, the Leg Over crooner introduced the former as “his brother from Sierra Leone.”

At the Detty Rave event, one of Ghana’s largest and most popular December gatherings, Drizilik vibed with Mr Eazi as the two sang along to Sabi Road with DJ Edu on the deck, whom he had met on BBC Radio 1Xtra earlier this year in March.

Drizilik also met Afrobeats legends Adesope , ‘Shake It To The Max’ hit maker Moliy, and Nigerian skit maker and comedian Broda Shaggi.

In August this year, Adesope interviewed Drizilik in his Afrobeats Podcast, where they talked about Sierra Leone music, the hip hop scene and culture in the Sierra Leone entertainment industry.

Using Krio to rap and sing, Drizilik is edging closer to his dream of taking his music to the international stage, a dream he told his Publicist, Vickie Remoe four years ago when they first met.
