In the months that have passed since Victor Foh was appointed to the Vice Presidency of the Republic of Sierra Leone he has used this opportunity to showcase his unique sense of style. Whether it is observing the color guard or heading for prayers Mr. Foh always finds a way to bring forth a fusion of either Chinese and Islamic fashion or Islamic and Western fashion or if we are really lucky all three in one.
