“Hawanatu Konneh is not my competitor,” – Sarah Kallay

In a recent teaser for an interview with Jahnny Kargbo on AYV’s Hot Box Show, renowned social media influencer Sarah Kallay, said that she does not view Hawanatu Konneh as her competitor. 

This came as a result of the recent surge in comparisons between Kallay and Konneh, both esteemed influencers in Sierra Leone, which has sparked this discussion. With over 150 thousand followers on her Facebook blog, Kallay asserted that her sole competitors are Salone Gossip and Salone Kongosa. She elaborated that her distinct taste sets her apart from Konneh’s, which is why they rarely intersect in the same space.

“Me and Hawa, we’re good. We don’t have anywhere to meet in this life, not even at events. So I’m certain we don’t share the same taste,” said Kallay. 

Konneh, with over 165 thousand followers on her blog, has yet to respond. However, this has sparked numerous controversies among the social media followers of the two, fueling much anticipation for the full interview session.
