Miss World is the oldest international beauty pageant, it was established in the United Kingdom in 1951. It is one of the big four beauty pageants alongside Miss Universe, Miss International, and Miss Earth. The pageant focuses on “Beauty with a Purpose,” with contestants judged on their beauty, talent, and charity work.
The current Miss World is Karolina Bielawska of Poland, who was crowned in March 2022. Miss Sierra Leone 2023, Daisy Abdulai represents Sierra Leone at the 71st Miss World pageant which kicked off today, February 20th, 2024, in India! Here’s what you can expect:
