With over 50 years of hands-on experience across the construction and real estate value chain, Mr. Njie brings unparalleled expertise to the conference. Since establishing TAF Africa Global in 1990, he has expanded the company’s footprint across ten African nations, including dominant market positions in The Gambia, Sierra Leone, and Nigeria. His leadership is defined by a deep commitment to innovation, pan-Africanism, and resilient growth.

The Legacy of Mustapha Njie
For Mr. Njie, every project is a testament to his vision of building one million homes by 2063 and creating lasting impact.
Key Accomplishments:
- Government Infrastructure: Designed, built, and furnished 52 African Union Presidential villas in The Gambia in a record four months.
- Housing Development: Delivered 210 low-income housing units in Yundum, The Gambia; 600 middle-to-high income homes at Brufut Gardens, The Gambia 5,000 affordable homes in Gunjur, The Gambia known as TAF City; 1,000 affordable luxury homes at the RIVTAF Golf Estate in Port Harcourt, Nigeria and currently developing 20,000 affordable homes in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, known as the Greater TAF City
- Sierra Leone Investment: Currently spearheading the TAF Salone Micro City, an ambitious public-private partnership project aimed at delivering 5,000 homes—representing one of the largest private housing investments in the country.
