African nominees at the Grammy Awards

The nominees for the 54th Grammy Awards were announced on November 30, 2011. After restructuring the overall Grammy categories, there was a change from two world music categories of five nominees each to one world music category of four nominees. This modification undoubtedly increased competition between participants but it also showed the talent of African artists as they dominate the category.
Now, without further ado, the nominees of the 2012 Grammy awards in the category of best world music are:
Afrocubism by Malian and Cuban band Afrocubism
Africa For Africa by Nigerian Afrobeat Icon Femi Kuti
Songs From a Zulu Farm by South African Choir Ladysmith Black Mambazo
Tassili by Touareg rock band of Mali Tinariwen
