Basically i’ve been posting so many photos of beautiful women that the ladies have been asking why i continue to neglect them. So to please all you starlets out there. I present to you Emmerson Bockarie, borboh belleh, granpa pan pekin kanda, sugar merecine, one times ten iron way noh day ben. Since hitting the music scene back in 2004, Emerson is still to date the undisputed heavy weight king of salone music. No other individual artist comes close to what Emerson means to salone music. Back when many in the diaspora were still unsure of their identity, and had lost hope in Salone. It was Emerson’s music that brought people back to being proud of their nationality.His lyricism and down right criticism of the tu fut aratas and the borbor bellehs resonated and crossed borders and age groups. His last album Yesterday betteh pass tiday is still atop of the Sierra Leone music charts and he’s more popular than any other locally or internationally based artist. So today we salute the man himself…di gyals damn suga. E M M E R SON….breaking hearts and taking numbers.
