The board of directors of Bo Rangers football club has decided to axe their head coach and the entire technical staff, after their poor start to the Sierra Leone Premier league.

This came out on a letter which was released on the 23rd February 2019, by the club’s board of directors and addressed to the Head coach Mr. Hallowell, the club’s statement reads,

“This letter now serves to inform you that your contract with Bo Rangers Football Club Sierra Leone limited is hereby terminated effective 23rd February 2019, instant pursuant to the board resolution of 20th February 2019”.

The letter further revealed information about termination of contracts of all technical staff working with the Head coach.

Bo Rangers Fans were hopeful of positive performance from the lads, especially at a time when we have seen a rebirth of Sierra Leone Football and getting strong backing from the new administration which has strong support from the second city of Bo.

The performance of the club have been very much disappointing after five games played, they have only managed to secure one point which leaves them languishing at the bottom of the table, and have left the club with no option but to relive their head coach and entire back-room staff.

Here are other news from the SLPL:
