Sierra Leone Weddings: The Fah Bundehs

Phebian and Fatorma could not have their wedding reception and party because of strict laws that prevented late gatherings during the Christmas holiday period but that did not keep them from getting hitched in Freetown on New Year’s Eve.

Fatorma Fah-Bundeh and Phebian Sankoh got civilly wed on Wednesday 31st December 2014. Fatorma is the chief of Legal Affairs at the National Electoral Commission (NEC) in Sierra Leone and also a senior lecturer at the Institute of Advanced Management and Technology (PANTECH); while Phebian is the Procurement Officer at the Sierra Leone Airport Authority (SLAA).
