Facebook roundup Diaspora Sierra Leoneans: They cant vote but they want peaceful elections

While many Sierra Leoneans in the diaspora have used Facebook to express their political views, a day before the elections several shared messages calling for a peaceful elections.  With no absentee voting system diasporans have to contend with joining the international branches of the various political parties take part in national politics. Facebook has hosted a lot of heated debate from supporters of the two main political parties in the weeks up to the November 17th elections. But as Sierra Leoneans go to the polls there is one thing that those in diaspora want even more than a win. They want peaceful elections.
